I. RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made through fax or telephone. Option date (deadline for payment) will be given by MBR has the right to automatically cancel the reservation.

Room blockings (for big groups) will automatically be released if no deposit is made. Room blockings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and/ or rooming list.

II. PAYMENTS & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS FOR CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. For packages inclusive of airfare, 100% of fare must be added to the deposit. Full payment must be made before departure for Boracay.

For Special Peak Season, advanced full payment is required no less than 30 days before departure for Boracay. Payment may be made through bank telegraphic transfer to the account;

The payor should fully shoulder the bank charges and ensure that MBR receives the exact amount of payment. A rebate system shall not apply.

III. ROOMING LIST
A final rooming list must be submitted at least (30) days before departure for Boracay (including flight information, meal arrangements & other services).

IV. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW
Cancellation or amendment made less than ten (10) days before wil be charged 50% for cancellation.

For Special Peak Season, cancellation & amendment made less than 20 days and 15 days before departure for Boracay will be charged 50% and full payment respectively.
